By purchasing from our website www.weaverandfound.com, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please feel free to print these terms and conditions for your reference and note that any changes will be made directly to this page.

PRICING

All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.  We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union then you will be responsible for payment of any customs or import duties levied once the item reaches your destination country. 

If a price has been mis-represented on our website and you have placed an order for that item, we will contact you asap to inform you of our mistake and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you choose not to proceed or we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel the order and immediately refund the total amount debited.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate.  Where we become aware of any incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Our photography is as true to colour as we can get it. All screen are calibrated differently and we cannot guarantee that the physically product will be an exact match. We endeavour to do all we can to get a true likeness. 

Our measurements are correct to the nearest centimetre. 

If there is anything you would like to know about a particular item or would like additional photographs please do get in contact either by telephone or email. 

The majority of our items are vintage/antique/industrial and as such are not in ‘like new’ condition. We endeavour to represent the true condition of an item with a detailed description and photographs. 

Our electrical products are vintage/industrial and should be checked and installed by a qualified NEC registered electrician. 

PRODUCT ORDERS

Please contact us via the website, telephone or email to enquire about the purchase of an item from the website. We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.  

 

Items purchased from Weaver & Found cannot be collected or delivered until full payment has been received. All invoices must be paid in full via card payment or bank transfer, 10 days from the date of issue on the invoice. 

 

Once you have placed an order and your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. 

SHIPPING 

Please contact us for information on delivery costs. 

 

Delivery charges are determined by weight and size of the item. All orders for small items to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched through DPD Couriers within 7 days. 

 

For large items we can provide you with a delivery quote. You are also more than welcome to arrange a courier yourself or to collect the item from us in person. 

 

We are happy to send items overseas, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

RETURNS 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please do let us know within 48 hours of receipt. As long as the item is returned within 14 days in the same condition as it left us, we will issue a refund. The client will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the returned item, and this amount will be deducted from the final refund. 

 

We do not accept returns on made to order items, such as carpets, or items that have been sourced to a client brief.
